Rick Capretta

Bio

Rick was a coach at Central for 32 years. He is proud to be a
1982 Graduate of Central Catholic. Rick says that “It was an
honor and a privilege to coach at such a great institution, Central
is the finest school in America!!” As a student/athlete at Central, he
played slot back and receiver where he was named All Conference.
He continued to play football at Duquesne University where he was
team captain. During his time as a coach at Central, he was a part of
the 2003, 2013 and 2016 State Finalist teams as well as the 1988,
2004, 2007, 2105 WPIAL and PIAA State Championship teams.
