Dillon Kapp

Bio

Dillon enters his second year at Pittsburgh Central Catholic as the Head Athletic
Trainer. Prior to Central Catholic, he was the Head Athletic Trainer for Oakland Catholic High School. Dillon began his athletic training career as a summer intern for the Miami Dolphins (2013) and the Pittsburgh Steelers (2014). He then worked as a football graduate assistant athletic trainer at Mississippi State University (2015-2016). From there he spent a year as a seasonal assistant athletic trainer with the New England Patriots (2017), and returned to Mississippi State University as an assistant athletic trainer (2018-2020). He then went to the XFL New York Guardians (2020), the Pittsburgh Steelers (2020-2022), and returned to XFL with the Arlington Renegades (2023). He graduated from Gateway High School in 2011, received a B.S. in Athletic Training from Penn State in 2015 and a M.S. in Health Promotions from Mississippi State University in 2016. Dillon currently resides in Plum, PA with his wife Amanda and golden retriever Ryder
